Dramabit works on all modern smartphones and desktop devices! Any Apple phone or tablet, modern Android device or desktop computer should work perfectly. Most mobile reading devices like Kindle readers with built in web browsers will also work.

First, you must download Adobe Digital Editions so you can read from our library. It can be downloaded here.

If your music is skipping or stops playing correctly please check that your internet connection is working properly and try again. If playback continues to skip please contact our customer support for assistance.
Following cancellation of membership, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file when you created your account. Please follow up with a support representative to prevent further billing.

If you went through membership cancellation and received a confirmation email, there should not be any additional charges billed to you. Access to your membership remains for the rest of the subscription term you have paid. If a bill comes to your name in error, contact our customer service department so we can fix the issue.

- If you have experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing mistake has happened, you qualify for a refund.
- If you have not received the experience you expected from our website, you might be refund eligible.

Refund Status:
We make every effort to process refunds within 24 hours. We will send an email confirmation to the email address that we have on file. Membership cancellation is always allowed. You will keep access to your account for the rest of the subscription term you already paid. No further billing will be accrued.
We want to make sure you have access to the most complete library possible. We work hard to add content on a daily basis.
